ASOptimus is operated by ESWARDEN LLC, registered in Georgia — the data controller for the processing described below. Contact: hello@asoptimus.com.

1. The short version

The app runs on your own machine, and store lookups go straight from your device. Your app's brief, keyword research and run history are stored in your account so you can resume and review them — we collect the minimum needed to run the service, we don't sell data, and this website sets no tracking cookies.

2. What we store

  • Account: your email address, activation keys (hashed), device fingerprint (a hash — no hardware identifiers leave your machine in readable form), session records.
  • Billing: a credit ledger — your credit grants and per-keyphrase debits. (Card numbers and other payment details are handled by Paddle and never reach us — see section 4.)
  • Runs: the brief you submit, computed keyword metrics and run logs — needed to execute and resume your runs.
  • Waitlist: the email (and optional app link) you submit through the form.

3. What leaves your machine

Store lookups (autocomplete and search results) are made from your computer directly to the store — we don't proxy them. Your brief is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate keyword hypotheses — statelessly: used for your run, kept nowhere except your run log. Relevance and all other scores are computed by our own code from live store data, not by the AI.

4. Processors we rely on

  • Paddle — payments, invoicing, sales tax (merchant of record).
  • Resend — transactional email (activation keys, receipts, invites).
  • Anthropic — generating keyword hypotheses from your brief.
  • Web3Forms — delivery of waitlist form submissions.
  • Plausible Analytics — cookieless, aggregate website statistics (EU-hosted); no personal profiles are built and no identifiers are stored in your browser.
  • Server hosting in the EU; DNS and site delivery by Cloudflare.

5. Retention and deletion

Account, ledger and run data are kept while your account is active; billing records as long as accounting law requires. Email hello@asoptimus.com from your account address to get a copy of your data or to have the account and everything deletable deleted — we answer within 30 days.

6. Cookies

This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies (our CDN may set strictly functional, security-related cookies). The desktop app stores its session token in your system keychain.
